2. Service Description
HeatCy is a social platform that allows users to discover and share trending locations, events, and activities across Cyprus. Users can post content, interact with others, and explore what's happening in different districts.
3. User Accounts
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
• One person may not maintain more than one account
4. Parody and Fan Accounts
Users creating accounts that reference, mimic, or parody existing brands, businesses, public figures, or other entities must clearly indicate in their profile that the account is unofficial.
This includes:
• Adding "parody," "fan," "unofficial," or similar disclaimers prominently in the username, handle, bio, and profile and spot description
• Not intentionally misleading users about the account's official status
• Clearly distinguishing parody content from authentic representations
Accounts that impersonate or falsely represent themselves as official without proper disclaimers may be subject to suspension or removal.
5. User Content & Conduct
You agree NOT to post content that:
• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, false information, or malicious links
• Is sexually explicit or inappropriate
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
6. Privacy & Your Data
Your privacy matters. We handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes will be resolved in Cyprus courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email and/or platform notifications. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
